Patch 0.2.7 alpha: alien threat

Changelog
Gameplay:
- Added new resource: Military power
- Added military structures
- Added periodical alien attacks which may destroy some of your structures. You'll need to grow your military forces to be able to defend from them.
- Outposts, colonies and cities slightly increase military power (+1, +3 and +7)
- Other buildings changes:
- City: population: 22 -> 25
- Factory: alloys: 35 -> 40
- Vulcanic smelter: alloys: 45 -> 50, energy: -20 -> -25, cost: 55/75 -> 65/80
- Multifactory: alloys: 30 -> 35, gas: 30 -> 35
- Gas power plant: energy: 55 -> 60, cost: 45/60 -> 50/70
- Orbital gas power plant: cost: 55/65 -> 65/75
Other:
- Now you can see objectives progress in objectives list
Next update
For the next patches I'll prepare new random events system and planets exploration quests. This should add more variability to the gameplay and increase general replayability. There are also some balance patches incoming after all of the main features (quests and events) are introduced.
